The formative years of our life established energetic patterns in the body, mind, and energetic system, which brought us to our present experience.

Reiki Healing is a safe and gentle, yet effective treatment that activates your body’s natural healing ability. Reiki is guided by your intentions, and the energy of pure love.

It clears blocks and negative energies, in the seven chakras of the body, gently releasing the layers of anything other than our true self.

As we release anything which is not for our greatest good, we also receive positive energetic support, restoring balance, clarity, and alignment for our life’s direction.

Clearing the channels in our body and clarifying the choices in our life, we are able to receive confidence, clarity, abundance, and peace.

As the Reiki is guided by your healing intentions, it moves according to the truth of each individual. Whether you are spiritual, secular, or religious, the energy moves in accordance with what is true, and best for you.

Your session format includes the following;

• Wellness Consultation & Clarifying Intentions
  • Share and address any concerns or stresses in your life
  • Clarify your intentions for the session, the positive benefits you would like to receive, and what we are manifesting together

• Grounding and Releasing Meditation
  • We do a brief meditation together to ground ourselves, relieve stress, and receive high vibration energy

• Measuring Chakras
  • Measuring the general flow of energy in each Chakra of the body

• Thorough and Full Reiki Cleansing and Alignment
  • We will clear each of the seven Chakras of the body, receive positive energies, and restore needed alignments in each area
  • During this part of the work, additional support may be intuitively received, including;
    • sound healing through gentle melodies and tones
    • messages and guidance
    • personal affirmations

What is Unique about Our Reiki?

Our sessions are designed not only to help you feel better, but to heal the issues at the root causes, bringing you sustainable results and lasting positive transformation.

You will know during the session what is happening energetically, as well as have an opportunity to ask questions, and share your experience.

You will receive practical notes from the session, to help you integrate the new high vibrational adjustments from the Reiki.

Lara combines the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing with Sound Therapy through song, the gentle vibration of the voice to assist with clearing, emotional release, and bringing in the healing antidote for your specific needs.

Alongside her Reiki training, she previously performed as an active classical musician for over 20 years, and has also worked with sound healing since that time.

She works with psychic capacities, received through a long matrilineal line of healers. Partnered with her commitment to gentle loving compassion as the guiding energy for the healing, she is here to support you with simplicity, integrity, and your best interest at heart.

Booking Policies

• First time clients
  • A deposit of 50% is due upon booking to reserve your desired time.
  • Appointments are on a first come first serve basis, we can hold your initial request for up to 24 hrs.

• Returning clients
  • distance sessions – payment is due in full anytime in advance of the scheduled session
  • in person sessions – payment is due in full at the session or anytime before

• Reschedule or cancellation requests must be made with 24 hrs. notice, minimum
  • After this time the session is billed in full.
